Automotive suspension system is the frame of a link between the wheel and structuresystem, which is an important part of the car. As a new type of suspension system, air springsuspension system can improve the riding comfort and handling stability, traffic safety, and toreduce the vibration of the vehicle noise. At present, foreign air spring suspension system hasbeen greatly developed and popularized, by contrast the development of air spring suspensionsystem in our country is still far insufficient. Therefore, aiming at the nonlinear system ofautomotive air spring suspension, to set up the nonlinear air suspension system model andcarry out the study of the nonlinear behavior is of great importance, which will reveal the lawof vibration. Paper from the perspective of both analytical and numerical analysis, sets upseveral nonlinear models of air spring suspension system under the single.frequencysinusoidal road excitation. Choose two degrees of freedom vehicle model of single wheelmodel, using the average method to solve the differential equation. Select the seven degreesof freedom vehicle model, aiming at all kinds of motion state which may appears undervarious parameters, use the MATLAB to simulate.Papers through the averaging theory, the approximate solution of the two degrees offreedom vehicle model is obtained. Through the numerical simulation, the poincare section, time history, phase diagram and power figure of the seven degrees of freedom vehicle modelis obtained. Analyze the influence of system parameters and outer incentive conditions, including damping and nonlinear stiffness, excitation amplitude and frequency on thedynamics to the air suspension system. The results show that the system will appear chaoticmotion which will hazard driving safety under certain parameters. Provide the reference forair suspension parameters design.
