This paper takes Jiangsu province social development projects "City geologicaldisaster forecast system development and application" as the basis, establishing therelation between the slope deformation and stability of soil slope, and achieving themacro to determine the slope stability according to the monitoring of slope displacem-ent data. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The basic principle and main methods on slope surface and deep displacemen-t monitoring are described, and the application condition of eachmonitoring methodsand the advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Specifically elaborated theZhenjiang cemetery of revolutionary martyrs to aslope surface displacement monitor-ing by using GPS technology, and analyzes the monitoring results and the advantagesof using the methods of monitoring.(2) Limit analysis principle, based on the lower bound method, respectively, todeduce the relationship formula between the safety factor of stability and slope soilmechanical parameters of slope in the limit state, and lay the foundation for therelationship between the fifth chapter is the safety factor of slope stability and theslope displacement(3) In order to get the slope soil parameters through monitoring of slopedisplacement, using BP neural network algorithm for the slope parameter inversion,the initial weights and bias of the method in the inversion process of BP neural net-work in the values are randomly given the shortcomings, proposes the use of particleswarm optimization BP neural network algorithm for slope parameter inversion. Inthe same case, respectively, the inversionalgorithm of BP neural network and particleswarm optimization algorithm to optimize the BP neural network algorithm for mech-anical parameter calculation, parameter inversion accuracy comparison in these twokinds of methods, studies show that the nonlinear relationship between the particleswarm optimization algorithm to optimize BP neural network algorithm can better refl-ect the displacement of slope and soil mechanical parameters.(4) Analysis of slope stability based on the actual situation, to establish therelationship between the safety factor of slope stability and the slope displacementvalue according to the curve fitting method, and then calculate the allowable value inthe limit state of slope displacement, the last measured displacement values andallowable displacement values are compared, then determine the slope stability. The displacement data that can control the stability state of the slope, so as to ensure thesafety of slope construction, provides practical reference for the monitoring andanalysis of stability of slope safety.
