Research On Intelligent Design And Digital Authentication Technology Of Large Ships’ Anchor Mouth

Anchor mouth,as a part of anchor system,has the surface morphology of complexcurved surface.Then the complex morphology of curved surface is mainly attributed itto meeting the performace requirement of a certain motion.In the past,the anchormouths are always designed by the designers of the rich experience and lots ofwooden anchor test,which is not only time-consuming,laborious,but also caused a lotof waste materials.This paper,through the analysis of domestic and foerign surfacedesign technology,come up with a new design method of anchor mouth.This methodis based on CATIA secondary development technology,using the conjugate envelopetheory to solve the surface of anchor stock,anchor palm and anchor mouth at thecntact surface and using MATLAB graphic functions to draw out the shape of thecontact surface and get their surfaces’ data points.To design the anchor mouth surfaceintelligently on the base of these points.Secondly,the movement of anchor system is multiple rigid body contactmovement.In order to establish reasonable anchor system dynamic model forsimulation analysis, the knowledge of contact collision dynamics is systemmaticallyelaborated,contact collision mechanics model in ADAMS and judgment rules areintroduced. Using functions of ADAMS simulation to analyse the major impactfactors in the process of anchor system movement,it is to facilitate the simulation late.Finally,taking the anchor mouth of10000TEU container ship as the example touse the proposed new method to design it.After the design is completed,using thefunctions of UG simulation to analyse the movement of the anchor system,to verifythe right of anchor mouth or not,to meet the need of designers or not.In a word,this paper takes the design of ships’ mouth as the reseach direction,andthe solution to the surface of anchor stock,anchor palm and anchor mouth at thecontact and the data pionts of these surfaces,that are the main objects of study,arecarried on detailed elaboration,its has a certain reference significance of achieving thedesigning of ships’ mouth.
