It is a part of intermission and displacement mechanism, ATC equipment and walking equipment, which is widely used in wrapping machine, agricultural machine, medicine machine, printing machine and wiring assemble line and so on. Therefore, it is great important to study the conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism.This thesis mainly discusses some key technology issues on conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism design, manufacturing and test. The primary results are as follows:With tools of VC++6.0 and OpenGL program, design and manufacturing system was developed for conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism. The system is easily operated, which has excellent operating platform with interchange of human and computer, and better integration, common use and practical utilization. And it can enhance efficiency of the conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism in design and manufacture, reduce the cost and ensure the quality of processing.On the basis of fuzzy math, fuzzy optimization was designed for the motion law, and the fuzzy synthetically evaluating model was built. This model can intelligently choose the optimal motion law, calculate the curve data of the cam and improve work efficiency and the precision of motion performance.Information interchange between VC++, OpenGL and UG was studied and lots of program was written in transformation of graph, motion simulation and processing programming. Then, the system can realize fast reshape, motion and processing simulation as well as data share.The test system and the whole structure had been developed for conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism. Meanwhile, the styles of instruments were chosen in according to the theoretic model, and the adjusted trestle table was designed in order to test different fragmentations. Experiments show that the system has higher dependability and precision, and provides a set of novel virtual instruments for testing capability of the conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism.Based on the virtual instruments platform, test system was developed. After choosing parameters according to needs, the system would call the corresponding sub-program in the main interface, and complete parameter collection and data analysis for displacement, speed, acceleration and acceleration jump for the conjugate cam fragmentation mechanism. The system has strong extensibility and maintainability.Following by the precision of test detected and error analyzed for conjugate cam fragmentation, reason were found produced in the process of design and manufacture.
