| This paper explored the relationship between the steel slag from Fujian San’gangGroup Co. Ltd with gelling properties, based on the understanding of its composition,structure and physical and chemical properties which maybe different in differentarea. The experiments adopted the method of uniform design and arrange testingscheme, which can greatly reduce tests. And it also explored the workingperformance and the mechanical property of the concrete with steel slag in differentdosage; analyzes the compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion, thepermeability, the resistance to acid and alkali salt erosion performance on basis ofexperiments.The working performance test research shows that: Steel slag has high activity.The steel slag powder to replace more than20%~45%of cement can be mixed withthe above C30concrete. The increase of water cement ratio, sand ratio can improvethe performance of the mixture; The increase of dosage of steel slag is notsignificantly improved the working performance of concrete, but the workingperformance of the mixture with different steel slag content is not greatly affected.The strength test showed that: When the dosage is20%~45%, water cementratio decreases, the sand ratio increases, which can improve compressive strength ofconcrete; the increase of the dosage of the steel slag decreases the strength of concretein early stage but increase in the later stage However, too higher dosage of the steelslag will reduce the performance of activity of steel slag powder,25%dosage of steelslag powder is good for the long term strength capability.This paper studies the durability of the use of steel slag powder mixed withabove C30concrete. The results show that the resistance to chloride ion permeabilityof concrete mixed with25%steel slag powder and its resistance to acid and alkali saltis of high level. The rapid freezing and thawing method were adopted to test theconcrete antifreeze performance and carbonation resistance performance,Experiments show that: the antifreeze performance of the concrete mixed with25%steel slag is slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete; The carbonation resistance are not affected by the dosage of steel slag concrete carbonation resistanceis still of high level. |
