The wind power generation technology is an emerging and green power technology.Compared with the traditional power generation technology, wind power generationtechnology using green, renewable wind energy as energy source generator, wind powercan effectively alleviate the deterioratio n of the natural environment and maintainingecological balance. How to stable and effective control of wind power generator, makesure the wind power generator to work at the optimum status, has been the research focusof the wind power industry.Double-fed asynchronous generators are widely used in the wind power industry,which variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) technology has high research value inmegawatt wind power generation systems. With the development of the technique of PWMrectifier, double-fed motor variable speed constant frequency technolo gy has beenconstantly improved. As the wind fluctuation will influence of the power quality, it canmake the wind generator output stability by control the excitation of the generator rotor.This paper mainly studted on the doubly-fed wind power generator rotor-side convertercontrol strategies. By summarizing a number of relevant documents, wind speed model,double fed motor, PID control theory and other related theories are discussed. Byintroducing the best wind energy utilization coefficient,the wind turbine converts windspeed to available wind energy. This paper based on the vector control, adopts double-loopcontrol strategy to control double-fed wind generator rotor-side converter. In this paper, thepower as the outer ring, the current as the inner ring, using PI control strategy. Meanwhile,in order to improve the stability of the doubly-fed generation system, cited fuzzy controlalgorithm, using self-learning ability of adaptive fuzzy algorithms to improve therobustness of power system.Finally, build system model in PSCAD and MATLAB two software by using somemathematical modle, such as the wind speed modle, double fed asynchronous motor modle.Compared with traditional PI control, the doubly fed wind power generation system using adaptive fuzzy PI control strategy can be output better power to power grid.
