| Laser gyro Strap-down Inertial Navigation System/Odometer(SINS/OD)integrated navigation system that is used for the positioning and orientation systemof land vehicle had been further studied. Firstly, the principle of the SINS/ODintegrated navigation is introduced, then analysis of propagation characteristics ofnavigation errors is made, and some simulations to confirm the concept areperformed. In order to improve the system speed, this paper had studied quick northseeking technology of location and orientation system of land vehicle, proposedrapid coarse alignment method based on inertial and given specific algorithm. Twomethods for precision alignment system were studied in order to achieve a smoothtransition from the last alignment process to the navigation process. Vehiclepositioning and orientation system using SINS/OR integrated navigation system thesame error model, using a combination of precision navigation algorithm for systemalignment algorithm. Finally, the technical realization of the laser gyro SINS/ODvehicle navigation positioning and orientation system had been prospered and a lasergyro SINS/OD prototype vehicle of positioning and orientation system had beendeveloped. the use of the prototype system for error analysis, fast search algorithmNorth verified. System and ultimately the position error is less than0.2%, headingaccuracy better than0.08°, North Finding time5min level. |
