Shipboard OTH radar is significant to research, shipboard OTH radarperformance of naval warfare ability has a great influence to our country. This paper tries to use with theazimuth information of broadening the sea clutter to do calibration source, andUSES a computer for simulation.This article first to the direction of the response error analysis, the cause offormation of proximal scatterer is given a large number of metal is the main factorof receiving array direction error response. Direction error response of the existenceof super resolution algorithm performance represented by music caused greatinfluence, we need to find effective compensation method to correct the direction ofthe receive array response error.Under the background of the second focuses on shipboard OTH radar seaclutter of broadening mechanism, due to the motion of the platform was deducedBragg of first-order sea clutter spectrum broadening. Found in different azimuth offirst-order echoes caused by the radial velocity of different doppler frequency isdifferent, that is due to the ship’s movement, can be obtained by sea clutter dopplerfrequency to clutter azimuth information. In this paper, based on the characteristicsof sea clutter signal modeling and simulation using the fixed source of sea clutter isanalyzed the feasibility of correction.This article analyzes the direction error of signal response performance, findthe direction of the array response error performance for different arrays of thesame signal by the fact that different coefficient. And deduced on spectrum ischaracterized by the same factor, proposed by response spectrum to extract thedirection error of the method, through to0RMB for your reference, find otherarrays and the relative direction of reference response error to compensate, thearray element is consistent with the direction of reference. Then according to the actual engineering of the difficulty, the introduction ofthe numerical analysis of the whole least squares approach to reduce the impact ofnoise on extracting numerical, find a way to extract value of the most close to theactual value for processing.Finally studied the non ideal sea clutter, and the effects on relative directionerror response. And for the cause of non ideal effect is given with the correspondingeffective improvement method, and has carried on the simulation by matlab.
