With the continuous pursuit of high quality of life, the scale of central heatingsystem with multiple heat sources is getting larger and larger. At the same time, heating accidents occur more frequently leading to the lack of heating for users, oreven without heating. It brings great inconvenient to people’s daily life. It isparticularly important to research the scheduling strategy of heating system underaccident conditions. This paper mainly discusses the scheduling strategy in order to eliminate theeffects of the accidents and restore the normal heating. Research is carried out fromthese two aspects: the accident emergency scheduling and the accident operationscheduling. Finally, the program model of heating system is designed to realize theapplication from theory to practice according to the results of the theory research. In the emergency scheduling, this paper puts forward to constraint eachdepartment’s responsibilities and actions in the Responsibility Matrix when heatingaccidents occur. It is helpful to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of emergencyscheduling so as to reduce the repair time. In the operation scheduling, this paperdescribes the overall strategy to meet the quantity of limit heating and builds threedifferent mathematic models to match the basic heat source with the circulating pump, optimally schedule the basic heat source and the moving heat source and maximizethe quantity of limit heating under accident conditions in the multi-heatsource heating system. It is meant to meet the quantity of limit heating as more aspossible under accident conditions through adjusting the load distribution ofmulti-heat source. As regard to the moving heat source,"the shortest time of startheating" and "the least quantity of rescuing source" are the goals to establish andsolve the model in this paper. It not only can give accident rescue plans, but also hasguiding significance towards the location and the scale of moving heat source andrepair station. This paper gives relevant scheduling plans by different models combining cases and summarizes the work that need to be optimized and perfected. Finally, Unified Modeling Language is used on demand analysis and system analysisto lay the foundation for the further study with the establishment of reusable programmodel.
