For its merit of energy conservation, environmental protection and good quality of heat supply, centralized heat-supply system has been widely used all over the world, become an important basic establishment in modern city. With the increasing size and utilization time of heat-supply network, its failure rate also increases gradually. Thus, a study on its fault conditions and reliability has to be solved for its reliability which affects the living and activity of people directly. On the other hand, since the application of household metering and the marketing of heat, it becomes a necessary issue for heat-supply department to assure heating quality. Therefore, it is much required for increasing centralized heat-supply reliability, assure its quality and reduce its failure rate in current market. This paper studies the physical model of room when heating is stopped in damage accident of heating-supply network. Computer language Matlab is used to programming the indoor temperature changing when room is in dynamic cooling progress. Choosing Beijing's experiment building as studying object, the indoor air temperature is tested when building is in different condition, and the factors which affect cooling time and cooling course is found. It also compared the simulation data and testing data, and analyzed defect and feasibility of theory computing. This paper computed limited heating coefficient and indoor air temperature's changing while limited flux coefficient is constant. It also analyses limited heating and flux coefficient's influence to cooling time in damage accident. Finally the heat reserve coefficients of room in different wall materials are computed, whose influence to cooling time is gave.
