Substation is a necessary and important link in power system. Its working conditiondirectly affects the reliability and economy of power system. The operation quality of asubstation mainly depends on the secondary system equipment performance. In thesubstation integrated automation system,the substation secondary system using advancedcomputer technology, communication technology and automation technology brings aboutthe implementation of conventional substation control, measurement, protection andautomatic device and scheduling communication, etc. Through the design of wholeoptimization, we realize automatic monitoring, automatic control and protection forsubstation, etc,which makes the stability of the transformer substation and the efficiencywas improved.At first, aimed at the shortcoming of traditional substation, this paper introduces thepurpose and significance of the substation integrated automation real-time monitoring andcontrol system, reviews the development history of substation integrated automationtechnology at home and abroad, and analyzes the research status. This paper studies thecommonly used network structure for real-time monitoring of transformer substationintegrated automation system. This paper introduces three kinds of structure,namely thecentralized, hierarchical distributed and dispersed completely distributed.In order toimprove the reliability of the substation automation system, the paper research ofmicrocomputer protection measurement and control device,using Fourier integration ofsystem microcomputer protection algorithm.And the protection of the protective functionof hardware and software structure and realization are analyzed.The innovative point of this paper is researching a substation communicationmanagement machine voltage reactive power controller, based on the theory of the fuzzycontrol is to use reactive boundary nine area chart of substation voltage and reactive powerautomatic control, to ensure the quality of power supply and the economic and reliableoperation of substation. Use the35KV substation in Juntun town Hebei province as theresearch object, for the overall design of the real-time monitoring of the station integratedautomation system.
