Soft Foundation Treatment Technology In Tong Ting Expressway Analysis Of The Application

Since the21st Century, China’s highway infrastructure catched a greatopportunity to develop.However, China is a vast country, the span is large from northto south and from west to east.Highway construction, especially in highwayconstruction, geological problems highlighted, especially diseases and specialgeological disasters and foundation instability caused by poor foundation, havecaused huge loss. With the rapid development of highway construction in China,foundation treatment problems are increasingly being referred to agenda, people paymore and more attention on these problems. Road soft soil subgrade soil is soft, itcontains more water, and has low structure bearing capacity, it cannot satisfy thedesign request of bearing capacity, so it has to be reinforced properly, otherwise itwill cause low subgrade strength and large construction settlement and roadbedsubsidence problems, thus lead to pavement pulp, cracking or collapses, and affect thefunction of road.The paper introduces soft foundation treatment of Tongping flat highwayas,Likegravel pile, reinforced gravel pile, LC pile, discuss their principle, foundationbearing capacity calculation, design parameters and the formed composite foundationsettlement calculation, the disadvantage of gravel pile is the pile from the pile top2D~3D is the region of high stress, the limited role of the circumferential hoop soil, so itis easy to fail, even if the increase of length of pile can’t improve the bearing capacityof the foundation.While reinforced gravel pile and LC pile have more significantadvantages than gravel pile. The main detection method of Tongping flat highwayashave static load bearing capacity of composite foundation assay, penetration testingcompactness, low strain detection of LC pile, use of dynamic penetrometer, low straintest instrument, Jack and other test equipment. Determination of soft foundationtreatment related data foundation, the measured data and standard data, throughanalysis of Tongping flat highwayas soft foundation reinforcement sections of the testresults, at the end of the settlement observation and analysis. The results are in linewith the requirements of the permissible value, satisfy the highway subgradespecification.Gravel pile, reinforced gravel pile, LC pile composite pile treatment method isfeasible than a single soft foundation treatment method, more targeted, and has a wider application.
