| The method of incre menta l launching has been wide ly used in the construction ofprestressed concrete bridges and steel box girder brid ges,so is a very maturetechno logy. As a new type o f steel co mposite structure, the application o f Corrugatedstee l web composite box girder, is also increas ing domestica lly, and there are manybridge types and construction methods for designers to choose, but researches onincreme nta l launching method applied to corrugated steel web plate box girder arerelative ly few. With the preva iling o f Co mposite box girder with corrugated steelwebs, this paper focuses on the research about the application of incre menta llaunching method to box girder bridges construction with corrugated steel webs so asto provide references for design and construction methods of s imilar brid ges. Thispaper conducted the following several aspects.(1)Introduced the deve loping courses of increme nta l launching method, loadingfeatures and the applications in a ll k inds of d ifferent bridges. Summarized thecharacteristics, advanta ges and app licatio n s ituatio n of co mposite box girder withcorrugated steel webs in ho me and abroad, and outlined advanta ges andcharacteristics o f incremental la unching method applied to corrugated steel web platebox girder.(2)Cited the class ic analytica l methods to ana lyze how the length, rigid ity,weight o f the guide beam can impact the ma in girder on construction. And providedthe best proportion of guide beam and girder in length, rigid ity, we ight, confirmed themost unfavorable load condition in the construction process.(3)Elaborated the construction technolo gy of Ordinary concrete box girderbridge and corrugated steel web plate box girder brid ge us ing incremental la unc hingmethod, and has carried on the comprehens ive comparison o f this two brid ge types inthe constructio n index of incre menta l launching method, highlighted the advantagesof corrugated steel web plate box girder bridge us ing this method.(4)With a med ium span box girder as an exa mp le, by adopting the method ofincreme nta l la unc hing, I carried out structure design, arrangeme nt design, guide beamdesign of norma l concrete box girder bridge and Bo x girder bridge with corrugatedstee l webs respectively us ing increme nta l launching method, and used profess iona lbridge analys is software Midas, to ana lyze and structure check the process ofincreme nta l launching method of this two k inds o f brid ge structures, according to the ca lculation res ults, compared the two types of Brid ges fro m the aspects of staticperformance and econo mic performa nce.Hope that through this research, it can he lp enrich corrugated steel webcompos ite box girder construction techniq ues of our country and provide certainreferences for its design, and promote the deve lopme nt of bridge techno logy in China. |
