In recent years,a new type of PC-box girder bridge with bridge structure and corrugated steel web has emerged,which has the characteristics of light weight,high prestressing efficiency,shortened construction period and a lot of aesthetics.Based on the preliminary design of the composite steel-concrete composite girder bridge(Yujing No.2 Bridge)of Linwei Expressway,the design theory,design method and structural system optimization of the composite steel girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are studied through theoretical and model tests,Structural seismic performance and other key technologies for in-depth study.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the pier and beam joint in corrugated steel web composite bridge is selected as the joint test object,and the force and deformation performance of the composite steel-concrete composite girder bridge with corrugated steel web are studied.At last,the finite element model of node area is established by finite element software.Its force performance was simulated.Secondly,the test scale model of the composite beam bridge with corrugated steel webs is chosen to study the flexural behavior of prestressed steel web composite girders.The unbonded prestressed tendons are also analyzed.The finite element method is used to analyze the segment model by finite element method.Based on the Yujing No.2 Bridge of Linwei Expressway,this paper studies the effect of the diaphragm-web composite box-girder bridge on the diaphragm And the effect of the diaphragm on the internal force and the normal stress and shear stress of the main beam under the symmetrical load and eccentric load of the cross-section are studied.Finally,the torsion and distortion performance of the composite steel-concrete composite girder bridge with symmetrical cantilever is researched based on the Chuhe Bridge,and the deflection and deformation of the cantilever is analyzed,and the deflection of the whole segment is contrasted and analyzed.Deformation law.The bearing capacity,ductility,deformation recovery ability and energy dissipation capacity of the composite girder bridge girders and the positive and negative moment areas of the corrugated steel web composite girder bridge are all satisfied with the design requirements.The piers of the piers are bent and the failure mode is the main failure mode,and the concrete is cracked and spalled.With the increase of the loading displacement,the piers' position of the variable cross-section is gradually yielded.The bearing capacity of the variable cross-section can improve the ductility effectively.,And the composite beam and joint area of the corrugated steel web are in the elastic stage.The longitudinal strain along the beam is no longer in the traditional "plane assumption",but the strain of the upper and lower flange concrete is kept on the same plane,while the corrugated steel web is almost no strain.
