In order to solve the problem of internal and external wall insulation bycombining the advantages of reinforced block masonry, This paper presents aself-insulation reinforced block masonry system for bearing,And basic mechanicalproperties and thermal properties.Experimental Study18compression specimens of this article by filling holeslearn from insulation reinforced concrete block masonry compression cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity, failure modes and deformation capacity. Tests showed thatblock strength calculated values and norms are basically consistent. Obtained from the insulation block masonry grout according to thetest data regression stress-strain curves and elastic modulus.In this paper, respectively, through two sets of12from the insulation blockgrouted masonry shear specimens understand grouted masonry shear from theinsulation performance and failure modes. The results show that the performance ofself-insulation filling hole cut by masonry had some improved compared withordinary masonry grout, according to standard formulas to meet the strengthrequirements. This article summarizes a number of shear formula, select a sh ort beammodel, relatively standardized formula to calculate the results closer to theexperimental values.Common use of general finite element program ANSYS simulation to reproducethe test case and test results. By changing the analysis parameters, the influence ofmasonry compressive strength, the stress distribution masonry. Finite element analysisresults show that the nature of the various components of masonry, has an importantimpact on the nature of the masonry. Masonry can be used to prove ANSYS nonlinearfinite element analysis.In this paper, self-saving insulation reinforced masonry wall heat transfercoefficient and thermal inertia index theoretical analysis and calculation, and throughthe thermal performance test on the heat transfer coefficient two walls were detectedand analyzed, the results showed that since the thermal insulation performance ofreinforced masonry wall below the national energy conservation standards prescribedlimits, with excellent thermal insulation properties. The results of this paper can provide a reference for the design and theoreticalresearch of insulation block reinforced masonry wall.
