Active splitting is one of the key technologies of the self-healing grid. For thedistribution network, the proportion of distributed generation (DG) is growing, and itgradually has the similar operational characteristics to the transmission network.Under the condition that transmission system or distribution system breaks down or itspower quality can’t meet the users requirements, it can form the distribution networkwhich uses DG as the power source through active splitting to providing power for theimportant load. Through this way, it can improve the power supply reliability ofdistribution network, at the same time, it can improve the utilization efficiency of DG.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the active splitting ofdistribution network that has distributed power. The work in this paper mainly includesthe following points:First, the power flow calculation of distribution networks with distributedgeneration method, for different types of distributed power equivalent processing,through analyzing the IEEE13node example that distributed power supply canimprove the voltage level of distribution networks, types, operation control and accessposition increase with the distributed power supply; on the transient stability ofdistribution network with DG the analysis, pointed out that the effect of transientstability flow, DG access to distribution network system voltage profile and system, itsinfluence degree and the network topology and the control strategy of DG positioncapacity is closely related to the factors such as.Second, put forward in line with China’s actual situation of distribution networkwith distributed generation active islanding condition and action criterion, referenceAmerica1547standards and1741standard and the actual situation in domestic powersystem and related standards, voltage and frequency at the bus bar and large power gridmonitoring of distribution network with distributed power between, the distributionnetwork with distributed power to determine whether active islanding and grid;proposed islanding method based on partheno genetic algorithm for distributionnetwork with distributed power, by considering whether owned power grid fordistribution network with distributed power were divided island, the island is dividedtypical example shows that the method can be active islanding in distribution network,with the islanding scheme for active splitting control system to generate reasonable,make the distribution network with distributed generation in the active islanding, fast and smoothly into the island operation mode, to the important load with high qualitypower.Finally, put forward to equipment or micro turbine as the main power supply andenergy storage devices and micro turbine as the main power active splitting controlstrategy to meet the storage, distribution network with distributed generation islandingcontrol system can support the distribution frequency and voltage regulation rate,equilibrium distribution network power requirements, and give full play to theirrespective advantages of different distributed power, while avoiding the distributionnetwork with distributed power impact of non synchronization.Based on the operation characteristics of distribution network with distributedgeneration, this paper is focused on the active islanding condition, active islandingpoint selection and active islanding control. Specifically, the active islanding ofdistribution network with distributed generation is researched, which is of certainsignificance to improve the reliability of distribution network and the power quality ofthe important loads.
