Now, the maglev technology has matured intransportation, metallurgy, machinery, electrical equipment, materials and other fields.Maglev technology for the analysis of the force field is very important, this paper createdifferent models, the force field under air gap spacing of the mixed suspension system isresearched comprehensively.Firstly, the electromagnetic levitation principle and electromagnetic force fieldcoupling characteristics are analyzed in the theoretical foundation, relying onelectromagnetic field theory, electromagnetic analysis and simulation software in thispaper. Then the nonlinear characteristics of different electromagnetic array models areresearched, and then several practical electromagnetic system models are proposedaccording to the results of the analysis. An appropriate electromagnetic permanentmagnetic model scheme of hybrid levitation system is concluded after the simulation iscompared, analyzed, and the force of the model is analyzed and researched through theuse of simulation software. Finally, a scale model of hybrid suspension system isdesigned, and an actual test system is established, the actual results and the simulationresults are compared to verify. |
