As society progresses and the continuous development of science,The increase ofthe generator types especially the application of special motor has made greatcontribution to human society.Now, as the world economy continues to speeddevelopment, the population expansion and increasing of power equipment,The sourcesof energy especially more and more the demand of electricity energy.People in the pastgeneration, for power generation we needs such as coal, non renewable energy is verylimited,the production cycle is slow, resulting in a depletion of conventional energy tendto over exploitation.The sea is not only abundant energy, ocean itself also has indirectenergy,such as tidal energy, wave energy, ocean current energy, the wave can be seeneverywhere in the ocean,It contains the rich energy,almost inexhaustible.If we can beexploited, so not only can promote the development of China’s marine industry, can alsobenefit our future generations.The traditional wave power device is rotating generator, linear motion of the wavesthrough the intermediate links into rotary motion of the generator, the total transferefficiency of the generator to reduce because of the intermediate links problem.As thespecial motor of linear generator it is simple structure, convenient manufacture.In themotor performance and fast dynamic response,it is high accuracy,light in weight andinertia,little Noise and vibration.In addition,It saves the intermediate conversion ofenergy.Therefore it has great advantage in the capture wave energy and improve thecapture efficiency,have a wide application prospect in the linear motion that requirementslow,stable, fast response.However, wave power generation technology, provides a goodplatform for the development of linear motor.In this paper, on the basis of the predecessors,through theoretical research andscheme discussion,Finally, Propose cylindrical linear reciprocating generatormodel.Through preliminary modeling3D use Software Solidworks,Through theansoft/maxwell electromagnetic analysis software for simulation analysis,optimize thestructure,including Optimization of the iron core slot size,The magnet options,The Optimization of magnet gap.And the core of longitudinal end effect improvement andmake up etc..Though analysis of electromagnetic transient simulation After determining its lineargenerator model.then draw the curve of the generator electromagnetic torque, flux curve,and induced electromotive force generated by the graph.export the parameter data of no-load electromotive force that linear generatorgenerated.After determine the RMS,produced a voltage source though import data Inprotues circuit simulation software, To prepare for the subsequent power managementmodule.After generator three-phase voltage though handling of circuit such as buck, filter,rectifier, regulator and so on for the battery charging. At the same time with AT89C51microcontroller on the charging voltage and charging current detection, and display thedata collected through the LED digital tube.Using the RS232interface to MCU AT89C51and wireless transmission deviceDTU to realize serial communication,And the single chip register data is transmitted tothe DTU, and the DTU sends the data to the public network.After the monitoring centerreceives the data in network and display on the PC software.Which AT89C51microcontroller Keilu Vision3development software for programming and debugging.The system through online equipment and DTU and the host computer, Observe thedata parameters received by wirelessly transmits.
