The Influences Of Urban Overhead Transport On Urban Road Landscape In Kunming

In order to solve the city traffic congestion problem of urbanization better, many cities have the three-dimensional transport take the place of the traditional plane traffic. As a product of modern urban traffic, the urban elevated road appeared, and it has become one of the important characteristics of some cities. Urban overhead transport has the advantages of safe, comfortable, convenient, at the same time, as a large artificial structure, it also largely changing the city appearance, and bring all kinds of advantages and disadvantages to city.Road is an important part of the city, urban road landscape is an important part of urban landscape. In modern city, the role of the road is not only the single traffic between people and cars, but also an important showcase of urban landscape, cultural characteristics and city enchantment, and it is the important carrier of highlighting the city images and propagandizing the city features at the same time. The new traffic mode provides a variety of ways in terms of watching, participating and forming environment intention, the citizens can watch the through different methods such as different speeds, different ways of participations and different degree of focus.The greening design of elevated road landscape in Kunming is short of city personalities and characteristics, the space utilization rate is low under the bridge, at the same time, it also lacks strong supports to the regional culture and the city characteristic performances of Kunming. This paper tries to make an impact comparison analyses and research of the overhead road on urban landscape and urban road landscape. This paper evaluated the implementation effect of the elevated road system in Kunming under guidance of the urban design theory and the theory of road landscape design. This article explores the influences of urban development elevated road system which emerges in the process of urban development on city road landscape, urban landscape, urban road landscape and city skyline, etc, and put forward the improvement and the corresponding solving countermeasures.
