With the development of mountainous urban economy and the need of engineering construction, the security of slope stability appears more and more urgent and important. Even as a main reinforcement measure, conventional anti-slide pile cannot always satisfy the requirement of engineering due to the limitations of terrain or its insufficient carrying capacity. While as a relatively new form, Double-row piles with the advantage of its own frame structure has been widely used in slope and foundation pit engineering, and often obtained the good effect at the same time. But the research on its mechanism of action is still vague at present stage; especially the lack of analytical calculation model and impact analysis of its structural parameters greatly restricted the promotion of this cost-effective retaining structure. In order to enhance its theoretical support and optimize the structure design, with the analytical and numerical methods as well as the research achievements of predecessors, this paper has respectively studied in practical calculation model and the impact of design parameters, these two aspects. Main content and achievements are briefly as follows:Engineering analytic calculation, this paper summarizes several common ways of Double-row piles’ structure calculation, through the analysis of their different basic principles and of their respective shortcomings, using reasonable assumption deduced a simple formula of Double-row piles suitable for the stability slope, and then pass the effectiveness verification with the monitoring data.Structure parameter analysis, this paper simulates the changes of Double-row piles’ main structure parameters in the design, and obtained the actual internal force and displacement of pile body, According to the comparison and analysis of simulation results, it is concluded some design proposals about the row spacing, pile length ratio and so on. then, By comparing the slope stability safety factor to verify the effectiveness of the conclusion.
