Variant design technology is a design method which is aimed at the existing instantiationparts products from its constitute a hierarchical structure to the partial replacement oftransplant structure characteristics in order to realize the parts function structure designmethod of the secondary innovation.This method can meet the diversification and individualdesign requirements of the modern products on the function and performance,and it can alsoeffectively improve the efficiency of product design and reliability design.Based on the extensive reading literature and reference to the research of celltransplantation technology in related areas,this paper will further study from the angle oftechnology realization to the variation part information description by describing modelbuilding technology,topology segmentation technology,transplantation feature units andvariance component model topology lap,transplant unit characteristic similarity retrievaltechnology,etc.. This paper also replaces launched intensive research which is based onstructure characteristics of the transplant,the main content of this paper is as follows:In terms of variation part information description model building, this paper will analyzeall the attributes information contained in the parts information description model in detail,and it includes the unit information description model,the geometry information,non-geometry information, function and semantic information contained in parts to gatherthese information into the part information description model. Unit information descriptionmodel is an important part of the part information description model all over these models. Itwill go on a detailed analysis about all the attributes information included in the unitinformation description model contains including unit number, basic information,geometryinformation, the correlation information, the geometry information, functional information,semantic information by the information fusion to establish unit information descriptionmodel and by out and integration of information of the unit correlation information to realizethe mutated part information description model of refactoring.In terms of unit division of topology, it will analyze topology characteristics of variantparts model, classify the unit division according to the characteristics of voxel type, andchoose the right topology feature segmentation tools and topology segmentation position to realize unit topological segmentation on the basis of component variation design requirements;In terms of unit topological overlap, it will choose the geometric surface matching typeaccording to the variation part model and transplant unit on the surface of the lap jointgeometry properties, and it will obtain the correct overlapping position, unit bytransplantation of position transformation operation, go on the geometry and geometriccorrelation matching face positioning, and complete transplant unit and variance componentmodel of topological overlap by transplantation of position transformation operation.It is divided into two aspects in transplant unit similarity retrieval: first, go on thetransplant unit fuzzy query retrieval through the unit the high-level description of thesemantic representation transplant characteristics; second, go on the similarity calculating ofthe variation in the unit cell library information and transplantation of transplant unitinformation for similarity calculation based on the geometry and topology relation to realizethe similarity retrieval of transplant unit through similarity retrieval algorithm and weights,retrieve the threshold setting.The technology research is based on the above theory, develops unit replacement fasttransplant function module based on SolidWorks, and validates the operation of the systemfeasibility through the existing instantiation parts of variant design process.This topic has got part of the national natural science foundation of China (50975124)support.
