| Currently, advanced traffic information service system whose core is theintegration of traffic control and guidance is proved to be an effective way to solve theproblem of urban travel, and dynamic traffic assignment theory provides directions inwhich intelligent transportation system uses signals control and guidance strategies,and that make the combination of the three apply to urban transport is the future trend.Through building the urban simulation microscopic platform by using TransModeler,according to the theory of dynamic traffic assignment based on simulation, using theideas of signal adapt to guidance and divided zones, made the traffic guidance andtraffic control system into the microscopic simulation platform which considering theidea of dynamic traffic assignment,dynamic traffic assignment which considering thedecisions of traffic guidance and traffic control system is applied to the microscopicsimulation platform.Based on a detailed review of traffic guidance and traffic signal control,puttingforward the implementing framework of the system of urban guidance and signalcontrol based on dynamic traffic assignment for large-scale road network, it achievedthe purpose which all three simultaneously were integrated into current intelligenttransportation systems. To acheive system framework, the key technologies’s researchon the implementations of the system of urban guidance and signal control based ondynamic traffic assignment, including the theory of building micro-simulationplatform, the initial global network optimization theory of signal control, dynamictraffic assignment based on simulation, integrating technology of signal control andguidance, methods to get the discrete and dynamic OD matrices.Finally, taking the example of road network included in Zhangdian district ofZibo city, building the appropriate micro-simulation platform,applied the system ofurban guidance and signal control based on dynamic traffic assignment to theplatform, through systematic evaluation system, it verified the importantance ofreasonable distribution of cities traffic flow, relieving urban congestion, convenientingthe travels for people, improving the operational efficiency of the road network. |
