With the vigorous development of the Internet in China, which drive the rapid developmentof e-commerce. Logistics distribution is an important part of e-business, but the cost of logisticsdistribution is higher, the quality of logistics distribution service levels is lower, the efficiency oflogistics distribution is lower and other factors restrict the rapid development of e-commercelogistics. Distribution is the process of goods from distribution centers to the consignee, is a keylink of connect directly to the consumer in the logistics system. The core of distribution isdelivery vehicles, which has an important influence in the process of in the collection of goods,distribution and delivery of goods. For distribution system optimization is mainly concludeVehicle scheduling problem and Vehicle routing problem. By optimizing the two problems canreduce cost of logistics enterprises and improve business efficiency. To achieve high efficiency,low cost and high quality delivery of logistics distribution services require high-speed andintelligent processing of distribution information, therefore, the establishment of a reliable andefficient distribution of intelligent decision support system is the realization of e-commerce tostreamline business processes, reduce operating costs and enhance the market competitiveness ofeffective protection.In the logistics and distribution activities, the flexibility of distribution vehicle scheduling,real-time vehicle location tracking, reasonable distribution line arrangement is relationship todistribution system practicality and economy. Based on this background, the article is a researchon the on the decision support system for the intelligent logistics distribution optimizationscheduling. The article first describes the domestic and foreign research status of the researchbackground and significance of intelligent scheduling to optimize logistics decision supportsystem and logistics distribution systems and vehicle routing optimization problem. Throughthese process analysis of business process of city logistics distribution system, distributionscheduling process and distribution scheduling are the business processes proposed functionalrequirements and performance requirements of the system. By application of the principle ofintelligent decision support systems proposed overall structural design and functional modules ofthe decision support system for the intelligent logistics distribution optimization scheduling.Establish the optimal path model of the vehicle and use the shortest path algorithm to solve theproblem. Through the GIS, GPS, GSM and other technologies to achieve the basic informationmanagement, location tracking, route optimization, delivery scheduling and other majorfunctions of the logistics intelligent scheduling system. The purpose of this study is to hope that through the research and design of the decision support system for the intelligent logisticsdistribution optimization scheduling to reduce the cost of logistics enterprises in logisticsdistribution, and improving the efficiency of logistics distribution and then improve usersatisfaction levels, thereby enhancing the competitive advantage to improve economic efficiencyof enterprises.
