The Research On Evolution Residential Space Form In Yanji

Residential space is an important part of urban space, It has both substance and Social Attributes, substance attributes reflected in the form of Residential space, the level of residential area housing construction, the quality of the surrounding environment and residential interior hardware facilities. Social attributes refers to the spatial differentiation of residential areas.Embodied in different positions of the residents of the residential area in the economic income, degree of culture, the differences between the values, etc.To a great extent, the different of material properties of living space leads to differentiation of living space. Therefore, the difference in the form of living space to some extent, be able to characterize the differentiation of living space, and can reflect the social changes from the side, the economic development.Yanji, a city located in the northeastern frontier, since the1990s, with the rapid development of its economy and the rapid promotion of urbanization, urban space began to expand outwards, in which, Residential space in an external form and internal space have undergone great changes.In view of this, this article will use geographic shape method, combines residential land and housing types, and then based on GIS spatial overlay analysis and cluster analysis,make quantitative and qualitative research on the evolution of residential space in Yanji City.First of all, the measure of Yanji, urban residential type, built operational measure index system about type of Yanji, urban residential space.based on the land in1990,2000,2007,2012using remote sensing data, reference geographic form classification by GIS overlay analysis, the SPSS cluster analysis, finally the best partition type of block section1990for8,2000to9types,2007for10types and2012for10types.Secondly, taking Yanji urban residential space as the main line, first analyze the types and patterns of residential substance, summarized features of the evolution of residential space in Yanji city from1990to2012mainly Performance in:①The expansion direction banded, extending from east to west;②residential internal structure of land using changed, from the industrial mix to a max of business,public management and service;③residential area developed from single-core to multi-core;④residential form diversifies, mainly to the1990s bungalow residential gradual transition to today’s multi-storey, high-rise villas. Then on the differences in housing types, from the perspective of housing, shanty towns and kang buildings, affordable housing, the residential space differentiation phenomenon of Yanji city were analyzed.Then, analyse the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of residential space in Yanji city from1990to2012.Points out that the reform of the land system and housing system is leading the expansion of city residential space, geographical location and natural environment,as well as the city planning control and guides the urban residential space change.And the transformation of the economic system,adjustment of economic and employment structure, diversification of the housing market and behavior of the’choice where to live’ about resident space caused the residential space differentiation.It is the combined effect of these factors contributed to the evolution of living space in Yanji City.Finally using the prediction model to predict the demand for residential land of Yanji city, The results show in2013-2016housing land total demand for3.359million square meters, the annual demand for1071900square meters.
