The Empirical Analysis And Strategy Research On Residential Space Differentiation

In this paper, with the present stage city rapid development as the background, the new urbanization and the integration of the “Beijing Tianjin Hebei ” have accelerated the pace of economic development of Tianjin area. In the highly developed market economy system and land’s policy, we should be observed from multi-angles of residential space differentiation, analysis of it deeper, balance the city space development, improve the whole function of city, promote the sustainable development of society.The paper first defined the residential differentiation and related theory, reviews the development of modern city living space in China and abroad, to understand the progress of theoretical research on residential differentiation, and summarizes the main influence factors of residential differentiation. Then described in detail the development process ofresidential space in Tianjin city, summarizes the morphological characteristics of different periods of Tianjin living space. After that is the focus of this paper, with the investigation of Tianjin typical residentialarea as the foundation, research on the key area, at the same time, according to the relevant theory of residential differentiation, to research and analyze the from the social and economicfactors, family life cycle and the residents spatial preference from 3 aspects of planning perspective, found out the causes of Tianjin cityresidential space abnormal phenomenon and the rules of distribution.Tianjin residential space is divided into different types, to describe their characteristics, improvement strategy from the macro and micro twoaspects of Tianjin residential spatial differentiation phenomena is proposed, to maintain the original advantage, to improve the. The ultimate goal is to improve the living conditions and environmental qualityof urban residents, improve the residential area surrounding the urban public service facilities and public transport facilities configuration, avoidliving space isolation, increase the communication between neighbors,physical environment and community culture and heavy, createharmonious communication space diversity, in order to maintain socialstable, comprehensive services to emphasize the living space of thefunction, promote urban sustainable development.
