In the urban grid development process, reasonable zoning on the grid has been a hot issue in the eye’s of the grid planning research staff. But there are many uncertainties in the process of determining the grid partitioning scheme, this directly affects the power grid network structure, it has been a threat to security and stability of the power grid operation. Therefore, it must be a comprehensive evaluation when the grid partitioning scheme applications to ensure a reasonable partitioning scheme.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the grid partitioning scheme methods, models and indicator system has been studied, finally, establish a suitable evaluation model to determine the grid partitioning scheme. First, have a study on the basic concepts of fuzzy mathematics, including fuzzy behavioral indicators, model and implementation of membership function, determine the proportion, etc.; Further study of the basic elements and basic processes of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematical theory; Then, summarize the grid partitioning criteria, including determining the timing of separation, choose a contact point, contact channel selection. Pointed out the difference factors between good or bad program, established a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model using fuzzy set theory and AHP.Finally, in an example of a city power grid, built the factor which including transmission capacity of the system in the normal way, the power supply reliability in fault mode, short-circuit current level. Three check targets included voltage level, mutual supply flexibility, network loss level, then analysis calculated for two zoning plan. For existing partition scheme, use the comprehensive evaluation model of grid partitioning scheme based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, select the most reasonable solution from the program. The actual analysis and judgment of the simulation results are consistent with the planners, the method is proved to be correct and effective.
