With the large-scale and clustered development of wind power, its intermittent and randomicity will make network voltage fluctuatefrequently, which even leads problems of voltage stability at weak system access points. For this reason, to research on reactive voltage control strategy windpower clustered Access has important practical significance. This paper first analyzed the research actuality and specificity and problems of reactive voltage control wind power clustered access. Multi-Agent technology’s application in terms of reactive voltage control is studied and it shows that reactive voltage control based on multi-agent has advantages in solving the curse of computing dimensionality and the difficulty of coordinating decentralized control. This paper establishes steady state mathematical model of the three major wind turbine and wind farm, and analyzed their reactive voltage characteristics. On this basis, reactive voltage characteristics of wind power cluster accessed point and regional power grid. The existing reactive voltage control strategies just only consider wind farm’s point of coupling connection (PCC) and neglect the impact on the voltage of network side’s substations. This paper proposes a reactive voltage control strategy considering the voltage of all PCC and important nodes, whose target is voltage off-limits control. This strategy makes regions of grids accessed and areas of a region possesses Agent’s intelligent feature using reactive voltage sensitivity, and the voltage of grid accessed will keep reasonable. Finally, this paper in HeXi corridor in GanSu province for grid simulation calculation analysis, which proved in this paper grid of reactive voltage comprehensive control strategyis correct and effective.
