Paper is about the pumped storage power station as the main adjusting methods of multi-source power system power generation scheduling policy studies, aims to improve the quality of power system frequency control and guarantee the economy and stability of power system. Hydropower unit in this paper, the dynamic characteristics and analysis unit combination problems, set up in order to give full play to the pumped storage power station adjustment ability, restrictions on thermal power output, fast implementation area control error (ACE) to zero, for the purpose of establishing both thermal power coal consumption and economic targets and shortest time goal, poor adjustment system considering capacity and limit the output of generating unit, the actual problem of constraint processing mathematical decision model. Particle swarm (PSO) algorithm implementation process, the introduction of weight W value of time, the multi-objective into single objective optimization process; Through the dynamic adjustment of weight W, and can realize multi-source power system time index and economic index proportion control of flexible adjustment.Article considers the modern trend of new energy interconnection of electric power systems, wind turbines power deviation should be brought into the area control error (ACE) signal structure, wind power is put forward through extreme power distributed control with AGC capacity adjustment, establish a disturbance, thermal power, wind power storage unit to adjust the power control system of model. Using Simulink in Matlab simulation platform, through the S function call PSO algorithm, and studies the meter and the ACE of the disturbance of wind model of multi-source power AGC system, the simulation proves that the new system on the volatility than traditional inhibition of higher power frequency of AGC system has relatively better control effect.
