There exist many phenomena of stochastic disturbance in wind power integrated systems, and the movement of large scale wind power integration is of great significance to the stability of the complete power systems. Therefore, to study the stabilizing mechanism of wind power integrated systems is very theoretically and practically significant. The stability of wind power integrated systems is studied by using stability theory of differential equations, probability theory, stochastic process and stochastic differential theory in this paper.Firstly, the reliability model of an offshore wind farm is built when the impacts of the different distribution of wind speed series in different season and the random variation of wind speed, power performance of wind power generation units, wake effect of wind farm, and outage condition of wind power generation units are considered. Based on the measured data of an offshore wind Farm, the simulation results of the models validate correctness and effectiveness of the models and lay the foundation for the research of the large scale wind power integration and the power prediction of wind farms.Secondly, the sufficient conditions of judging pth-mean bounded stability of a class of stochastic linear systems are provided by using the corresponding theory of stochastic differential equations. The obtained conclusions are specifically proved and promote the conclusions of judging mean stability and mean square stability in existing literatures. The stability of wind power integrated systems under small Gauss type random excitation is analyzed, and theoretical analysis is validated by numerical simulation. Then the significance of third mean bounded stability and fourth mean bounded stability are interpreted by skewness and kurtosis.Finally, several classes of stochastic linear systems and nonlinear systems are analyzed and obtained conditions of judging mean stability and mean square stability by using moment equation theory and Gaussian truncated series.
