With the rapid growth of the electric vehicles’ popularity and constantly improving of the technical maturity, the number of EVs is also increasing.Under the guiding ideology of "Concentrated charing,unified distribution" made by State Grid,the planning for the EV centralized charging stations is particularly important. The battery concentrated charging station can be regarded as a load with fixed amount.Because of its large capacity,the influence it takes on the stability of power grid is bigger,too.Given in view of the analysis of ev battery centralized charging station on power system stability is very few.Here makes a model for it and bulid a plan process for the optimal connection scheme.The research contents:1)Partition the target city into some parts for the standard of superior power radiation range.Do the working of load forecast on the basis of the result of partition. Use the PSO to Select the address of the battery Centralized Charging Station.Using this model,we can clear its parameters of line impedance and optional access point.Make the researching easier.2)Based on the results of planning, analyzes the voltage excursion of the situation that only one charging staion inserting to the grid. Choosing a solution with the minimum voltage excursion as the best one for the single station. Checkout the voltage excursion of the whole grid and then doing the sensitivity analysis for every solution.Then build the optimal connection scheme.3)Analyze the Transient stability of the power grid. including the bus voltage stability and generator power-angle stability analysis for the failure situation. To determine whether the system is able to maintain stable operation.In addition to the researching of the theoretical basis of the above content,this paper also determine the significance of the model through a planning case against a city A domestic.
