Electric power enterprise is the most important job is the power loss rate (also called line loss rate), which reflects the economic and technical indicators, it also reflects the operation and management of power network, the production technology and the level of planning and design. The structure of power network will also use a lot of line loss calculation method and use the skills, the power network of Qian’an, in the use of the problems encountered in the process were described and illustrated, so as to get the best solution. This is also a lot of county-level power supply enterprise most concern.Network distribution and operation in distribution network to strengthen the line loss management and calculation of distribution network so that the network can fully play its role, and make its operation more safety. The layout of the existing distribution network in Qian’an power supply company is not reasonable; trunk line section is aging faster, more serious, running a long time; high energy consumption distribution still accounted for the proportion of the transformer; unreasonable distribution, utilization rate is low and variable loss; three-phase load unbalance, wattless power compensation is not necessary and so the investigation and analysis of comprehensive status problem and the network to use, so as to analyze the theoretical line loss of power grid method and calculated that the most basic principles, and find the weak link and its problems. Method for analysis of the problem and reducing the loss, so as to enhance the electric transformer load rate, increase the low-voltage three-phase load balance and strengthen the management of wattless compensation capacity, the replacement of the coarse wire section, replacement of high energy consuming transformer, optimize network structure, finally came to the conclusion that take the best solution loss reduction, and combined with the actual situation analysis of economic benefits, thus, making loss reducing plan.
