The power industry is an important basic industry of the national economy. It effects development of the national economic and social progress. Maintaining normal supply of electricity is an important guarantee to maintain social harmony and stability, to build a moderately prosperous society. However, with the development and application of modern information technology, electricity stealing technology situation has become more and more intelligent, informative, professional development trend in recent years, which not only cause economic losses to the power companies, but also seriously disrupted the supply of electricity order.Electric energy data acquisition system is designed to achieve a metering device online monitoring and user load, power, measurement status and other important information in real time acquisition, this has been providing a strong technical hands and achieved some success, but the situation of the complicated electricity stealing still appeared to be inadequate.This dissertation focuses on the research and application of electricity anti-stealing based on electric energy data acquisition system, analyzes the overall design of the system architecture, functionality, as well as construction and operation division, and details of the post-change collection terminal, data conventer, the function of the master design, technical norms.Meanwhile, the actual production, based on the information collection system for smart Stealing how technology construction and operation, and further enhance the anti-theft management capabilities are discussed. It’s been a good foundation of electricity anti-stealing behavior more accurately.Finally, the thesis analyzes the effect of this new intelligent electricity anti-stealing technology of Power Consumption Information Acquisition System based on real cases. The thesis summarized the power consumption data acquisition system’ application, and make recommendations for future research directions intelligent anti-stealing technology.
