With the increasing demand for electricity in life and production,the phenomenon of electricity theft is becoming more and more serious.Although power supply companies have corresponding prevention methods for common power stealing methods,there is no effective detection method for new power stealing methods that use DC bias to steal power.In order to timely discover and effectively avoid the economic losses caused by such illegal electricity use to power companies,this paper starts from the perspective of maintaining the fairness of electricity consumption by power users and the economic and social benefits of the power system during the production process,and from the perspective of technology The solution is proposed on the above,and an anti-strong magnetic stealing device based on STM32 is researched and developed.The anti-theft device monitors the electric energy metering device in real time,collects waveforms for processing,analysis,comparison,and judgment to achieve the purpose of detecting whether there is a strong magnetic theft in the electric energy metering device;after the DC bias magnetic theft is discovered,the device passes The communication serial port warns the staff,and calculates the stolen power according to the set formula for stolen electricity and the collected data.The power supply enterprise can use the stolen electricity to recover economic losses.First of all,this paper studies the basic principle of DC bias magnetic stealing interference,on this basis,analyzes the electromagnetic transmission characteristics of the measurement CT's transmission characteristics when it is interfered by external DC bias,and establishes the measurement current transformer simulation Model to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.Then,based on the change law of the output waveform after the measurement CT is disturbed by DC bias,an effective method to prevent DC bias theft is proposed.Then,based on the anti-DC bias magnetic stealing method,this paper develops and designs an anti-stealing device.The research and development content mainly includes software and hardware.The hardware includes the selection of the chip of the main module and the related circuit design.Select STM32F407 as the chip of the main control module,and construct the main control module of the anti-theft device by building the corresponding peripheral circuit;by comparing the working characteristics of the PCB Luo type coil and the magnetic position meter,the magnetic position meter is selected as the sampling element of the sampling module;Select AD7606 as the main hub of the control module and the sampling element;design the data pre-processing current to simplify the data collected by the sampling element.In terms of software,according to the implementation process of the proposed method,the design ideas and procedures of the upstream data collection,data processing,and stealing compensation subprograms are designed.Finally,through the testing of the main hardware modules of the device and the real-time monitoring effect of the device,the feasibility of the device is verified,the anti-theft device is proved to achieve the expected effect,and further research ideas are proposed to provide direction for future research.
