It’s five consecutive years to become the first country of the world’s new car production and sales [1].Relative to the explosive growth of production and sales,the development of China’s automobile finance industry is relatively slow. According to the automobile market data calculations show that foreign auto financing proportion is as high as50%in the new car consumption link,, and the domestic automobile financial share is only20%.With China’s car market competition intensifying, auto manufacturing and sales profit margins decline gradually. Development of automobile financial service has increasingly become the important way of promoting sales and getting profits. The importance of the automobile finance in our country’s economy is increasingly protruding.Although auto financing market has broad prospects in China, China auto financial services is still in its infancy. The history of the auto finance in United States and other developed countries has nearly a century, having a mature experience in operating and risk management.
