In order to get the signal source available for monitoring which get in line with the actual track signal, this paper proposes the use of hardware simulation circuit to generate a variety of different types of rail traffic control equipment signal.Rail traffic control devices multi-signal occurrence system plans to produced signal including the voltage offered by station sends boxes in station abasic n-on-electrification segments, hump ZD7DC (Direct Current) fast turnouts mach-ine operating current, AC (Alternating Current) continuous track circuit voltage and power-to-ground leakage current. Signal types to be generated include AC voltage, AC current, DC current. Station abasic AC voltage signal also need to be changed in the signal frequency.Functions realized by the overall system include controlling the system thro-ugh the man-machine interface, receiving touch screen control information throu-gh main control board front-end serial ports, sending front-end control signals to signal generation unit via the CAN (Controller Area Network) bus through main control board, generating the corresponding track signal through signal ge-neration unit.This paper uses Prote199SE design PCB (Printed Circuit Board), using K-eil μvision write and debug software program.The main work of this paper includes the following points:1、Use digital display configuration information of the signal generation bo-ard and the current, voltage and frequency of front-end preprocessing signals g-enerated dynamically.2、In order to test the run state of procedures, to prevent the microcontroll-er disturbed, to avoid "program gallop" and "crash" and to reduce the frequency of post maintenance system, WDT (Watch Dog Timer) circuit is re-joined. DOG operation is executed by the timer interrupt, greatly improving the stabilit-y and reliability of the system.3、In this system, laboratory personnel set values of voltage, current, frequ-ency of the signal generated by the system through the touch screen interface, s-o this paper edits PC interface. Interface including start screen, signal occurren-ce and settings interface, the system introduces interface. Use VisualTFT softwa-re to complete the button configuration.4、On the basis of the hardware design before, use Protel99SE software to improve hardware and product PCB circuit board. Increasing the required hard-ware circuit; Decrease the size of the board for saving production costs; remov-e redundant circuits farthest for saving hardware resources; test and change the PCI interface card, DB9serial port and baffle size continually, so that it can fit with the IPC-610-H chassis slot fully. 5、The signals’ voltage, current and power, generated by the front-end sign-al generating board, are relatively small, they cannot meet the requirements of t-he monitoring, so the signals are needed processed. This paper presents the m-ethod of post-processing.
