Three-dimensional acoustic imaging system is a kind of underwater sonar target detection system,which is aiming for obtaining the three-dimensional real-time images.The system has a wide range of applications in port wall monitoring,investigation in large areas of seabed,underwater targets detection.It has a very important significance for developing and implementing deep-sea strategy.To achieve the miniaturization of the system,lower power consumption,and improve the reliability of the system,using a main signal processing system and the signal processing sub-systems with architecture,the paper details the Kintex-7 system hardware designs based on three-dimensional acoustic imaging main signal processing. The system based on a 48×48 two-dimensional planar array,with acoustic signal simultaneous acquisition and real-time processing,completing data storage and transmisson.First step,with the help of MPC8313E processor, front-end sampling circuit which has 2304 roads analog signal takes part in the gain controlling,synchonization acquisition processing.Next, the data is treated by grade beamforming algorithm;finally,Kintex-7s play the role of data mutual transfer and storage,and through further consolidation of the data,the results are sended to the PC with high resolution three-dimensional acoustic image in real-time.Through system functional simulation testing,2304 roads simultaneous signal meets the system specifications. In actual underwater engineering prototype test, the power consumption of the whole system is less than 200W. With the ability of obtaining high-resolution images in real-time target,the system is in long-term stable operation of more than 72 hours under the water.the system indicators meet the design requirements.The system fulfills the requirements of the miniaturization,low power consumption and reliability.
