Research Of Sunshine Standard Amendment And Public Green Space Improvement Of Community In Beijing

Sunshine standard for residential buildings is to ensure indoor environmental health and other conditions,it is made on the base of the building climate zone and the city size,but it concerned little for sunshine of public green space in the community and produced a series of issues,such as the shaded areas that located at the rear of the the residential building attract little activities crowd.Especially in the megacity like Beijing,large concentrations of population and the rapidly rose values of land, have prompted that the intensity and building area to be the attention of the public,while green space fell.On the one hand,planning and design of public green space in the community can not only directly related to the quality of life of each resident,but to some extent,the overall environment of the urban landscape and the quality of urban living environment;On the other hand,public green space planning and design will promote exchanges between neighbors,while strengthening the sense of Belonging.This paper analyzed for a range of issues between Beijing sunshine standards and creation of public green residential area,in the research we use literature review,case studies,surveys,software simulation and other research methods,combine theoretical research with cases to analyze and discuss a comprehensive,systematic of Beijing sunshine standards and public green living community.The paper makes concrete and effective solutions from the technical level and practical operational level,such as ecological and social benefits. As to standard on the sunshine,in the strength of the same premise of urban construction,makes some exploration to improve Beijing public green environment.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introduces research background,purposes and meanings,and related discrimination of the concept,an overview of sunshine standards in and abroad of China. The second chapter discusses detailed of the sunshine standards, indicates of problems the current standards by the interpretation of the meaning of the standard,comparative study of the status of the development and implementation of domestic and international standards.The third chapter is a case study,by making a survey of a typical residential communities in Beijing,questionnaires and interviews to explore the degree of concern for the public green environment and sunshine isssues,and the degree of sensitivity of "centrally located" and "opening up"of the green space.The fourth section presents to make reasonable adjustments of sunshine standards at the technical level,and propose concrete and effective solutions from the operational level aspects. Finally,the conclusion of the paper,by adjusting the sunshine standard and rational distribution of public green space,the paper hopes to achieve the purpose of improving the living environment of the community landscape and urban neighborhoods and even the urban green space.
