In recent years various cities in following the rapid development of rail transit construction in chinese major cities, urban rail transit construction plan have been unveiled in these cities. Beijing Occupies a leading position and its network has been taken shape. Each road of Beijing has been planed into a routing of one of rail transit line in the future. But upper planning such as urban planning and urban comprehensive transportation planning dominate, if they were changed then it would be changed. So if the network of one city tended to perfection, the condition that lines sharing one routing should happen.Construction of Beijing’s new airport line is produced in the above case, the new airport line had to share the corridor with existing planning lines because major roads have been occupied planning in Beijing.A new airport has to be builden in condition that Beijing Capital International Airport’s transport capacity has already reached saturation. Thus a new airport line is to be plan which should quickly achieve timely delivery of air passengers and better serve the new airport. Therefore, the construction of the new airport line is also imperative.Firstly, the paper focus on airport line in the world wide, Summarized the lines of the line laying, traffic organization, station wiring, and o operational organization. Then clear the advantages and disadvantages of each mode and the applicable conditions to guide the rail transit construction.Secondly, to the actual situation of the new airport line the paper carried out major technical indicators adaptive research. From the service, operation, construction aspects, this paper selected the representative and conclusive indexes and discussed its importance and reasonableness in order to establish the evaluation system based on Fuzzy evaluation model based on AHP as a decision-making model.Finally, according to the research results in the previous section and combining with the actual construction of Beijing, This paper taken Beijing New Airport Line planning as an example and described lines with common routing about mode selection, then it select a more reasonable sub-line model as recommended by the new airport line line mode It would provide an effective reference to the Beijing New Airport Line.For the purpose of guiding the design and construction of Beijing New Airport Line, the paper pays attention on lines when being with common routing and which line mode should be chosen. Difficulty lies in the study of reasonable factors to select, meanwhile taking into account the influence of factors; In this paper, the characteristics of which is larger is that mode selection is especially suitable for decision-making in the AHP, because of restricted the actual situation and in the case of less information,we can only select a few more clear line mode, so it has a high degree of coupling theory and practice.
