In recent years, with a substantial increase in the size of the highway tunnelconstruction, there are different degrees of defects and disease problems liningconsiderable proportion of the tunnel operators, seriously affecting the safety andreliability of the lining structure. Analysis of virulence mechanisms and measures ofstructural defects in the lining Disease Treatment is especially important to use thescientific method. This article relies Maoping tunnel, integrated use of theoreticalanalysis, numerical simulation, field testing, data collection and post-reinforcementreinforcement means monitoring a variety of technical research, the impact on thegeneral rules of tunnel lining quality defects and diseases of the lining of the structuralsafety factor remediation measures for strengthening the law and the tunnel depth study,the main work and research results are summarized as follows:①Based on the load-the establishment of a lack of operational structure methodof tunnel lining thickness, voids and other defects behind the model, using numericalsimulation, analysis of voids behind the lining thickness and defect location, extent andcomplex defects occur when, structural changes in the lining of internal forces, andcalculate the coefficient of variation of structural safety lining highway tunnel based ondesign specifications.②According to the site Maoping tunnel test data for the object, respectively, of thetunnel lining structural defects and diseases are classified.
