Engineering construction field, safety accident happens quite often. Part of portengineering construction is the engineering construction field. Since2008, deependingconstruction tasks, security problem is increasingly highlighted. Among them, thecaisson dock as in the construction of port engineering is one of the commonly used formof wharf structure, because its construction process has more water homework, shippersonnel and multiple and complex factors, leading to the obvious contradictionbetween construction safety and construction progress. The construction safetymanagement and supervision is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to establish ainformatization construction and safety management system, which quickly andeffectively ensure the safety of the caisson wharf construction. At present, on the whole inthe field of water transportation project construction safety risk management research isvery little, in view of the caisson dock construction safety risk management research isless, not to mention the safety management information research. To meet the needs ofcaisson wharf construction, construction technology and safety managementsystematization of caisson wharf, information research is necessary. Thus, in this paper,the caisson wharf construction technology and safety management information systemresearch is necessary.Caisson wharf construction technology refers to the safety management informationsystem from the caisson wharf construction preparation to the completion of the wholeprocess of information management. The information system is composed of threemodules, respectively is: risk identification module, module of risk evaluation and risk inthe face of the module. This paper in the first, second and third chapter, the three modulesof caisson wharf construction technology and safety management information system toestablish the methods and tools of selection, integration, formed three subsystemsrespectively informationization theory foundation, proposed the caisson wharfconstruction comprehensive identification method, the risk assessment of risk DFFMalgorithm (Delphi method, accident tree analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(APH) and risk assessment method, the operation condition after some improvement andintegration of risk evaluation method) and based on the PDCA cycle risk coping mode,establish the corresponding database or method library, the corresponding software implementation framework. Then according to the system requirements, through theVisual Basic,it is completed the preliminary development of function module. A safetymanagement information system of the caisson wharf construction technology isestablished.
