In recent years the rapid development of economy in our country, the transportation network in the vast land and stretch, tunnel as the main structure form of crossing the mountains got rapid development, along with the tunnel construction is widely used in drilling and blasting method in tunnel construction, the damage of blasting vibration on nearby buildings and structures is becoming more and more attention. Bridge as the choke points of highway transportation, related to the social and regional economic coordinated development, the People’s Daily work life and social economic development has had a huge impact. Bridge structure safety assessment under the blasting vibration become one of the important research topic of engineering.Under blasting vibration was analyzed at first, this paper Bridges evaluation of domestic and foreign research present situation, proposed in the study of the shortage. Secondly, introduces and analyses the basic theory of blasting dynamics and dynamic finite element analysis of blasting, the blasting vibration of bridge structure safety assessment methods and standards are analyzed. Illustrate the use of maximum vibration velocity of particles under different frequency as the rationality of the safety assessment method. Osmanthus saemaul undong bridge near nanshan tunnel engineering and their general situation, USES the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, established the calculation model, and USES the peak value of blasting safety regulations speed evaluation method, the osmanthus saemaul undong bridge were evaluated.
