Reinforced concrete is widely used in engineering structures, large numbers of hydraulic engineering construction is reinforced concrete structure. Most of the hydraulic engineering constructions are in the complex environment, and the service life of hydraulic engineering construction is usually so long, so for hydraulic construction, the durability of reinforced concrete structures is more important.The corrosion of steel is often the most critical factor affecting its structural durability, then the study on the corrosion of steel is particularly important. The problem which concerned about most in the project is the assessment of the structural durability in servicing, corroded reinforcement is the most important basis for its judgment, there are so many engineering test methods, and the test results are so different, often lack of accuracy. Therefore, the study of this aspect is particularly urgent.This paper will choose the corrosion of steel as the research object,it will use both physical models method and numerical simulations method,and the analyze the results for the research. Conducted the following studies and made some conclusions and results.First of all, this paper would carry out on the interior of reinforced concrete specimens accelerated corrosion test, to get the case of steel corrosion, and then using infrared electromagnetic induction heating method to detect corrosion of steel reinforcement corrosion conditions;would put the sample into chloride to give the environment, using principle of electrolysis, accelerated corrosion of steel in order to shorten the test time, and then apply the electromagnetic induction heating, the use of infrared technology to detect corroded steel before and after accelerated corrosion of steel reinforcement corrosion measurements to obtain their situation. Then ues infrared technology to detect,and the get the final data processing result obtained by physical model.After the experimental results obtained, on this basis, the use of ANSYS to build reinforced concrete reinforcement corrosion model to simulate the magnetic induction heating-the thermal coupling field of steel corrosion, draw multiple sets of steel corrosion conditions generated by induction heating the relationship between temperature and the heating time. Finally, compare the test data of indoor physical model tests and numerical model data,use multiple linear regression to get the relationship between the heating time and temperature. More complete numerical simulation can accurately simulate reinforcement corrosion, but it needs to be verified in the field, a lot of physical model tests give the supplements to conclude this article.
