The task of this thesis is about one kind of Multiple-burner induction cooker controller in commercial. Basing on the basic theory of electromagnetic induction heating, this thesis introduces the work principle of induction cooker, and finish the design of hardware and software of the Multiple-burner induction cooker control system. Achieving the function of heating,constant temperature,timing, no pan detecing, alarm detection and kinds of protecting.Hardware circuit includes main loop circuit,IGBT drive circuit,protective circuit,power supply circuit,display circuit and some other element circuits. Main circuit adopt the structure of Half-bridge series resonance converter, to design a Double-burner induction cooker not only used in heating ferromagnetic-pan,but non-ferromagnetic-pan. Deeply researched the driving and protecting of IGBT by using special driver IC IR2110. The power circuit uses the Topswitch constitution instead to stir up-like the multi-channel power take-off valve power source,broaden the working voltage scope of the induction cooker.To aim at the weak point of temperature delaying, bring a control policy which based on Fuzzy-PID combined the merits of fuzzy control,PID control, has resolved the shortcoming of low accuracy constant temperatrue and weak real-timing in traditional constant temperatrue method, which has obtained a nice purpose of constant temperature. Adopt Fuzzy control and Double closed-loop control to the constant power controling of induction cooker, to make the system to be a high control accuracy and to protect the stability of the output power. This strategy has resoved the drawback of non-constant in power control in today's induction cooker controling system, carried out a new type induction cooker controling which has Hith-efficiency, High-Reliability and High-accuracy.In the design of this software, using the idea of modularized program designing, to divide and design the each module of the induction cooker controling system. Using singlechip make Multiple-burner induction cooker be more intelligentize, which include a good human-computer interface, temperature-cybernation, power-cybernation and various kinds of function in Automatic detection alarming. Finally, has tested the whole system, the result of this experiment make it clear that this controling system has a reasonable design, and runing steady and reliably.
