Urban green space is an important part of urban construction, it is important to urbangreen infrastructure, which plays a key role in regulating and improving urban ecology, and itis an important indicator of the construction of ecological city. Green spaces are closelyrelated to urban residents′everyday life, not only to protect the urban environment, but also toprovide recreational space for people to carry out their daily activities as well as for recreationand tourism. For the rapid urbanization and the pursuit of economic interests, urban landsbecome increasingly scarce and urban construction becomes increasingly compact. Urbangreen space because of its naturalness and openness have an irreplaceable position, resultingin high cost of land in cities strengthen green building, to some extent with the nature ofcertain luxury goods. With the development of society and economy, social structure of thecity undergoing tremendous changes, growing social stratification, social inequities emerge.Urban green space as a public service facilities and services, their enjoyment should be fairand equal. In this context, studying the fairness of urban green space have an importantsignificance.Papers selected Xigang as the study area, at the microscopic scale, select the streets asthe smallest research unit, to build a balanced index model, by using ArcGIS neighborhoodanalysis to evaluate Xigang green fairness. The following conclusions:(1) The structure is divided into three levels Xigang green. The first level are mainlygreen residential area, street walkers, unit attached green, green road; second level topic park;third level of scenic woodland.(2) Xigang district green space distribute imbalance. Green space is mainly in distributedin the bayi Street and baiyun streets, other streets green spaces below the region’s average.Look from the classification of green space types distribution, xigang district and the streetsof different green space types distribution imbalance, theme parks and scenic woodland areadistribution is larger, and the streets of garden, road green space, the residential area, unitaffiliated green space distribution is less.(3) Xigang district green equity evaluation can be concluded that:①In dalian xigangdistrict green absolute fairness and relative fairness difference to be markedly, the sameneighborhood analysis, under the condition of xigang district in the third level relativefairness area ratio decreased significantly than that of absolute fairness. This indicates that thedistribution of residential land to a certain extent affect the original urban green space fairness, residential land excessive concentration or extremely scattered will strengthen the unfairnessof the urban green space.②In the different behavior scales, the difference of green fairness is obvious in xigang district. Relative to the500m behavior scale,1000m behavior scale ofurban green space tend to fair. It shows that small scale green fairness is far higher than thelarge scale of spatial differentiation of green space. Explain the behavior of the citizens is tootravel distance can change in a certain extent affect the urban green space fairness.③thestreets in different scales, fairness appear obvious differences. Both absolute fairness andrelative fairness, Beijing street, people’s square street and new street fairness is highercompared with other four streets, green land supply is balanced, green space and residentialland to achieve a better configuration.
