Fairness Study Of Urban Green Space Based On Sustainable Human Settlements

As an urban infrastructure,urban green space is an important part of urban construction,Development of urban greening will help to improve the urban environmental problems.Green space in the city beautification environment,can not only provide recreational space for city residents but also improve city human settlements quality.But at present our country is in the evaluation of green space service by the use of indicators cannot reflect the residents of accessibility and coverage of the class attribute.In recent years,the great changes of the social structure of city residents,problems of inequality,social stratum differentiation is increasingly prominent.City high income groups accounted for resources is far greater than the low income group.It is of great social significance to study the fairness of the distribution between urban green space and social class under this background.This paper takes Shahekou District of Dalian as the research object,the residential area as the smallest research unit.The green space accessibility of Shahekou district was studied by travel cost method of ArcGIS and the rate of accessibility of each street green space is up to the analysis of time accessibility of 227 residential in this area.Secondly,introducing the concept of the type of living environment to analyze the living environment type by using the entropy analysis of 227 cells.To evaluate the fairness of the distribution of green land in Shahekou District,and the reasons of the problems by combining the accessibility of the street green space and the living environment.The following conclusions are obtained from the study:(1)Green space accessibility:Uneven distribution of green space in Shahekou.It is mainly distributed in the south of the area,and the accessibility of green space is of great difference.25%district is located in the 500 meters of green space,and 60%district is located in the 1000 meters of green space.(2)Analysis of the types of human settlements:The circle structure of Shahekou District human settlements mainly decreased southeast to the northwest,and the internal circle is"homogeneous" agglomeration.There are beautiful natural environment,convenient transportation,living facilities in the Southeastern and coastal regions;the regions of the north central mountains with densely populated area,the state of the environment is poor.(3)Analysis on the fairness of green space:The relative fairness of green space is poor,and the green space is good in the southeast of the area,decreased accessibility to the North;Green space horizontal fair is also poor,The quality of human settlements in southern coastal areas is superior to high income groups,and enjoy a large area of high quality green space,In the northwest region,the infrastructure is backward,and the working class and the low income groups are the main areas.The vertical equity of green space is relatively good,High street green space accessibility and higher proportion of the elderly children population,The proportion of children elderly population in the streets is not large,but the huge difference in green space accessibility.This is contrary to the city infrastructure for the universal service intention,the distribution of green space is obvious,green space planning departments should be mainly to these issues,to gradually expand the north central region of green building,green space layout optimization,improve the structure of green space area.
