Wind turbine is the core component for wind machine to obtain wind energy. In the wind turbine of wind machine, the blade is one of the key components. The design of wind turbine'rotor blades impacts on the utilization ratio of the wind energy, the design of good blade, which is a base for wind machine to get high utilization modulus and economy benefit for wind energy. Meanwhile, the group of wind turbine run on the natural environment all year round and blades suffered load complexly, so load calculation and strength analysis is very important for the structural design of wind turbine. Meanwhile, the wind turbine unit annual operating in harsh natural environment, so that the external environment led to wind power generation equipment damage and failures have occurred at home and abroad, such as a wind farm withstand typhoon blowing, After the attack, more wind machine has been seriously damaged,which is blade partially torn and there was debris falling off,the economic losses caused by the accident can not be measured, the wind power industry has created a significant impact. Rotor blades themselves are subject to the load situation is more complex, So the structure of the blade was effective and reliable wind turbine performance analysis for the stable and safe operation can be very important engineering significance.Based on the aerodynamic performance of already blade, This article analyzes structure and properties of the the 1.5MW and horizontal axis wind turbine blade, specifically, its load and dynamic characteristics were studied:1.Based on the similarity theory and the theory of point coordinate transformation, Using UG modeling, and obtain the three-dimensional solid model of wind turbine blades;2.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS and analyzing finite element dynamic analysis of blade, therefore, by static analysis of blade, stress and load deformation of blade are getting under specific conditions, and strength of blade is checked and validated the result;3. the article analyzes variety of the stress of blade and modal, the first step wave frequency , the first step vibration frequency and the relevant models areobtained, meanwhile inhere frequency and vibration model of the blade are gotten during stillness and rating rate, in calculations about different step of the vibration frequency, the results obtained with the blades is very closed to the theoretical frequencies, so the modal analysis to verify the feasibility of the method.The research results is a useful reference for structural performance of wind turbine to improve and provides a theoretical basis for design of wind turbine.
