In order to reduce the loading force on blade of wind turbine,this paper design the independentvariable pitch control system.Because the randomness and instability of wind speed,and complexityof the system,then leading to the wind turbine output power instability.Compared with thetraditional PID control strategy,the fuzzy control theory is applied to the ideal effect.This paper isselected the2MW wind turbine,according to the GH BLADED software related parameters,and thecollective pitches systems and individual pitches systems are designed,and its mathematical modelsare built in MATLAB/Simulink,verify the feasibility between the different schemes andeffectivenss.Fisrtly,variable pitch control process is studied after analyzing the aerodyanmic theory aboutwind turbine,built mathematical models for each unit of wind turbine,design collective pitchcontroller and PID controller,implies the feasibility of this method from simulation,and then realizevariable pitch control of wind turbine.Secondly,for the sake of decreasing the fatigue of untis caused by out-off-balance loads,thispaper design the scheme of individual pitch control,which adhibit indirect load close-loopfeeedback control,then combined with the conventional PID control strategy,so as to achieve stableoutput power and reduce load.Finally,because the system of wind turbine is strong nonlinear system,the conventional PIDfailed to achieve the control effect,so this paper proposed the two-dimensional scheme of fuzzy-PIDcontroller,it not only improves the utilization rate of wind energy,but also reduce the load on theblade of the wind turbine.
