Along with the consumption of the primary energy and the deteriorating ofclimate conditions,the development and utilization of renewable energy have got fastdevelopment,the proportion of which in energy structure has increaed shaply.Thewind resources is recognized as one of the most promising new energy sources.Withthe continuous improvement of China’s wind power generation technology and therapid development of wind power industry,solving the wind power on a large scalegrid,wind power prediction, wind power run and wind power given has been a keyproblem of the wind run in the actual power grid.Besides,it has been a main topic of windpower research.High precision of the wind power prediction not only is beneficial to thepower grid dispatchingand wind farm operation and management,but also it can improve thegiven ability of wind power which caused by power grid.The optimization control ofwind power can not only make full use of wind power and coordinate the optimaloperation of a variety of power,but also improve the safety and economy of systemoperation.This paper first summarizes the main methods of the short-term,supershort-term wind power prediction, short-term,super short-term wind power acceptancecapability assessment, short-term,super short-term wind power control and theresearch status at home and abroad.It is also combined with the actual wind farmshistory information of output,wind speed and direction information in oreder to minethe law of the multiple fetch wind belt and multiple wind power output and correlation rule ofmeteorological condition.According to the laws of wind speed and wind power output,itproposes the method of the wind zone wind belt of short,super short-term wind powerprediction.It also takes the wind farms in some place in Xinjiang as an example.Bycase analysis,it has proved that the prediction method of the short and super--short termwind power of the wind zone wind belt can efficiently improve the predictionprecision.Then this paper combines the characteristics of grid space truss structureXinjiang,running characteristic of hydropower,thermal power,wind power, and the load characteristics,the condition of power grid operation to put forward theshort-term,super short-term wind power acceptance space and acceptancelevel.Finally,the application of forecasting results will be analyzed through beingcompared with acceptance space.This paper will also propose a wind power controlscheme of beyond the acceptance ability.It will also apply the result of control to theplanning system of output dispatch.
