Coal is one of the most important energy in our country, the rational exploitation of energy, safety has become a priority among priorities in coal mines. In the present coal mine, coal production mainly tend to mechanization, electrification, has very many mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine, and these mechanical and electrical equipment also ensures efficient production and coal mine production safety. This paper focuses on the mobile substation in coal mine and the centrifugal fan fault diagnosis, a systematic elaboration of the fault diagnosis technology.In the coal mine development, mine mobile substation has been paid more and more attention, this paper is analysed the structure of mobile substation, in-depth analysis of the high side, low voltage side of mobile substation and transformer fault. For the low pressure side leakage phenomenon occurred, for personal electric shock, after given the current personal deduced formula for fault detection in detail, also gives some views of my own.This paper is introduced the Hopfield neural network and BP neural network, for the two kinds of neural network was analyzed advantages and disadvantages, and on the two kinds of neural network to work are introduced in detail as well as the two network algorithm mathematical formula. Proposed the two combined with the use of view, and the theory of the combination principle is used for.Papers of mine made a detailed description of the mechanism and the measurement of fault into the mobile substation. And the establishment of H-BP neural network is trained in the MATLAB environment, programming code, carried out on a mobile substation and transformer in a laboratory simulation experiments, the conclusion that H-BP neural network fault diagnosis for mobile substation is feasible.
