| In recent years, since China begins to pay more attention to saving energy emissionand protecting the environment, people enhance the awareness of energy crisis, low carbonhas gradually become the key word of national production and people’s daily life. Themain requirement of building energy saving is to reduce consumption of central airconditioning, this is mainly because the energy in the world is very short, and the use of airconditioning grows with each passing day. So, in the process of “low carbonâ€, the centralair-conditioning consumption has become a critical issue.Firstly, by reading a large number of domestic and foreign references, this papersummarizes the development and research status of central air conditioner. Secondly, thispaper introduces the structure and process of HVAC system especially the AHU. Thecentral air-conditioning system produces cold (hot) source by the refrigeration unit, thensend cold(hot) source to the end of each air conditioning by the pipeline in order to achievethe purpose of refrigeration (heat). This paper takes the law of conservation of energy andheat conduction as the basis, establishes the corresponding mathematical model of airhandling units, and gets the temperature, humidity, air supply and the valve of air supply ofthe room by using the analog acquisition experimental platform, and establishes a staticmodel of process energy consumption equipment system in air by the method of leastsquares (blower fan, chilled water pump).Then according to the actual operation of the central air conditioning system, thispaper puts forward the optimization objectives and constraints of the air treatment system.In view of the central air conditioning air handling unit, large lag, nonlinear dynamicsystem characteristics, and this paper presents an improved ant colony algorithm tocalculate the minimum power of central air conditioning system.This paper overcomes the prone to stagnation in the basic ant colony algorithm, thelocal optimum, excessive and iteration phenomenon the expression by changing theprobability algorithm of selecting formula and pheromone evaporation factor. Andimproves the search speed and accuracy of algorithm, and provides a new and effectivemethod for the optimization of central air conditioning air treatment energy saving system. Finally, through the small central air conditioning system in the laboratory, this papertestifies the effectiveness of improved ant colony algorithm in different workcircumstances of air unit, gets satisfactory result, validate the feasibility of the algorithm. |
